Ecumenical Contacts

Beirut is often described as a gateway between East and West. Likewise, as a Church we value our ecumenical contacts and partnerships, believing that through them we contribute to understanding, unity, and peace.

Evangelical Mission in Solidarity (EMS)

Through the Evangelical Mission in Solidarity (EMS), we partner with a number of local churches in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

The Philemon Project

We foster the Philemon Project that cares for refugees and migrants in partnership with Evangelical Mission in Solidarity (EMS), with Evangelical Presbyterian Church in USA (EPC), and local Lebanese donners.

Middle East Council of Churches

We are members of the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC), the chief ecumenical body in the Middle East. www.mec-churches.org Through the MECC we are connected to the World Council of Churches: www.wcc-coe.org

World Communion of Reformed Churches

As a Church with a roots in the Protestant Reformation, we feel part of the worldwide fellowship of Reformed churches, the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC): www.wcrc.ch

Fellowship of Middle East Evangelical Churches

In the Middle East, we join forces with other Protestant churches in the Fellowship of Middle East Evangelical Churches (FMEEC).
